The living room has a NEW 32 in. Digital LCD TV with built in
DVD palyer. New AM/FM stereo CD with IPOD imput.
The master bedroom has a 22 in. TV with a DVD Player. The
guest bedroom is equipped with a 22 in TV and CD IPOD stereo
system. For the kid in us all, a Nintendo 64 Game System with
games is ready for action and is hooked up to the guest
bedroom TV. There is a variety of board games and books to
read as well.
Located about 25 minutes from Ft Myers regional airport or 2 hours from Ft Lauderdale International. Weekly and monthly rentals. My Fort Myers beach condo is rented for a minimum of 7 nights.
The condo is called Smugglers Cove and is located at 5100 Estero Blvd on beautiful Ft Myers Beach Florida. This is considered Mid Island and is 2.25 miles South of the Times Square area. There are 2 bedrooms with NEW Tempurpedic style memory Foam mattresses, and 2 full baths. The master suite has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. In addition there is a NEW queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
I offer my Florida condo "Turnkey Furnished" including all linens, towels and everything you need for a JUST BRING YOUR SUITCASE type of vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped including everything from an Ice Maker in the freezer to a blender for frozen drinks.
All dishes, tableware and cooking utensils are ready to serve your every need. Although fully air conditioned and heated, you may find that you enjoy opening the sliding doors to the screened patio and front windows to allow a delightful cross breeze to keep you refreshed as you listen to the waves gently roll onto the beach.
