My Pagosa Springs vacation condo is situated on Lakeside Drive in Picturesque Pagosa Springs Colorado. The development is called Lakeview Estates and boasts a panoramic view of the San Juan Mountains, and is located across the street from Village Lake. You are perfectly situated to take advantage of everything South West Colorado has to offer.  About 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, 6 minutes to the world famous Hot Springs. or an hour to Durango, you are never far from something to do.

The  condo is 1150 square feet and can easily accommodate  7 guests. Newly remodeled bathrooms, tile floors, and all new top of the line appliances are some of the features that set this condo apart.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite has a Queen Sleigh bed, the guest bedroom has a twin over Full bed. There is also an additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

I offer my condo "Turnkey Furnished" including all linens, towels and everything you need for a JUST BRING YOUR SUITCASE type of  vacation. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped including Ice Maker, Blender, and Professional wine chiller.

All dishes, tableware and cooking utensils are ready to serve your every need. Although heated and air conditioned, you may find that you enjoy opening the sliding doors to the screened patio and other windows to allow  a delightful cross breeze.

In addition to Wireless High Speed Internet Access, there are 3 new LCD TV's. The living room has a 32 in. HD LCD TV with DVD plus AM/FM stereo / IPOD .  The master bedroom has a 26 in. HD LCD TV and DVD, the guest bedroom is equipped with a 19 in LCD TV with VCR and for the kid in us all, a Nintendo 64 Game System with games. There is a variety of board games and books to read as well.

Weekly and monthly rentals. The condo is rented for a minimum of 3 nights.
