Location is perfect. Just close enough to the shopping but far enough away to relax. Shuttles take you to shopping so no parking woes. Condo has everything you need or want and has been updated. Water view great and beds and furniture comfy. Condo building and laundry area always clean, This was a great choice for our family and even the kids commented how well they liked it (probably as Steve has video games for them). I rarely review vacation spots however this one really made a difference. I stayed at a privately owned condominium on Fort Myers beach in Southwest Florida. It was even more than I could've hoped for. The owner promised that the condo would be cleaned to COVID-19 standards and it was. From the time I open the front door until my wife and I left a week later there wasn't one thing missing from the condo it was completely equipped to the highest standards you could imagine. Everything was spotlessly clean and we felt very safe. The view was magnificent and the sunsets couldn't of been any better we just happen to hit a wonderful week where the weather was perfect, the beach wasn't crowded, and everyone kept their social distancing which made us feel more comfortable. We did go shopping at the local Publix, not far away as mentioned by the owner Steve is the best place to pick up food as we would not be eating out a lot. We did visit some local restaurants but ate outside just to be politically correct and safe. The owner couldn't of been any nicer when we had a couple of questions on where to visit and make small purchases for our family back home. Steve if you read this I want you to know that we will be back next year we're already looking at our schedules to see when we can make reservations. The complete vacation was perfect and your assistance was better than we could have imagined. We thank you again and we are going to tell our friends, on the East Coast of Florida where we live, that that's the new place to go, at smugglers cove in Fort Myers at the Most owned condo. I suppose the best compliment I can give is that this was our second visit to Steve’s condo. The beach area outside of the building is as attractive as anywhere on the island, IMO. The mid-island location is away from downtown traffic, but not too far away from attractions. Publix and Bayfront Bistro (also recommended) are nearby, even walkable - we rented bikes and road most places, avoiding parking hassles. Steve’s place is well set up with kitchen utensils, including coffee gear, good frig with good ice maker to fill the Igloo cooler for the beach every day. From the lanai you have the best seat around to dolphin-watch. We had a great week!

This condo is perfectly located to access all the local attractions, and the view from the Lanai is absolutely stunning! The unit is very clean, very spacious, and fully equipped for a family. This condo will definitely be our top choice every time we visit Fort Myers Beach!

Even though the weather was overcast and rainy, we had a great stay in this fourth floor condominium! We just followed the owner's Rule #1 which included have fun while spending time away from our daily routine. For years my “go to place” has been Fort Myers and plan to keep it on my schedule! I hope this owner will have a unit open when I travel there in the future. This condo is an excellent place to enjoy a quiet beach setting for both sunrises and awesome sunsets. The towels were great! Even beach towels were provided which was great since we were flying in and out. Needed kitchen items and beach chairs and toys were available. Prior to our trip, Mr. Most emailed us a listing of his favorite restaurants on Ft. Myer's Beach and nearby on the mainland which was very helpful. On the flight back, it was noted that we didn’t get to the Love Boat for ice cream as frequently as we had planned! The owner was wonderful for quickly taking care of the air conditioner and the refrigerator when both had a miner problems. Both appeared brand new and he responded immediately.

My family of 4 stayed at Steve’s condo for our family vacation to the beach. This was our first time at Fort Myers Beach/Smugglers Cove. Not a crowded area at all!! Steve was so accommodating and informative. He sent a list of his favorites around the FMB area. We loved that and tried many of the places he recommended. His condo was nice. The beds were comfy and the view of the gulf was outstanding! There are several beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided! That was so nice!!

Talk about a beachfront location !! Steve condo at smugglers cove is postcard perfect, I mean it's literally baby steps from a beautiful sugar sand beach, walk from the condo, put your beach chairs and umbrella down which are supplied by Steve condo and enjoy your day at the beach. The condo provides everything you a will need, talk about move in ready. The resort is very family friendly and everyone was very respectful of each other. At the end of the day you have a front row view of the most amazing sunsets either from the beach or from your beachfront deck in your condo. We are already booking our return trip back to Steve place.

The unit is beautiful. The location to the beach cannot be any nicer. The buildings sit close to the ocean. Not a far to put your feet in the water. I feel like I would rent anything from Steve. He is honest about his places and is a very hands on owner.

Great week at the beach! Top floor, corner unit with lots of natural light. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai when we weren't down at the beach - good vantage point for dolphin-watching. Since there does not seem to be public access to the beach too near the condo, the beach always had a quiet, private feel to it. The unit was well-equipped for our liking; as coffee lovers, the Keurig AND Mr Coffee and grinder allowed us to make great coffee in our room. The frig ran great and made plenty of ice for us to use the provided Playmate cooler when we went to the beach. We stocked up at Walmart before coming on the island, then simply walked to Publix for additional needs during the week. We eat out some, but between the well-equipped kitchen and the gas grills downstairs we had great meals on the lanai, too! Our interactions with owner Steve and the rental agency were pleasant and prompt - I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 6th Floor Corner Unit condo. The view and sounds of the ocean from the Lanai are incredible. We spent a lot of time out there. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The complex has a very nice pool for those windy days. The beach is breathtaking. It is a decent walk to the Pier. I did it daily but we also rented bikes to get around the area. The Publix is an easy walk (or drive) for groceries. Steve was very helpful with suggestions on places to go and readily available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend Steve's Condo In Paradise! Lynn

We were highly impressed with our stay, and will definitely be coming back! Hands down the best location on the beach, and the best spot to watch the sunset! It was the perfect distance between stores and restaurants. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and key turn ready, love that we had beach chairs, coolers, etc to use! We have ZERO complaints! If you’re looking for a condo, look no further, this is an amazing price for such an amazing place, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back next year!

This is the beach for mid-westeners! Everywhere we went - the people were so nice, it felt like home but much warmer. This condo was everything our family needed! Beautiful beachfront view. Stocked with what most would need, plus more. The building facility was well kept too. The pool was nice and warm. Location is 5 stars! Steps from the beach. Easy parking for a pickup. No nearby public parking so the beach was very quiet. Super close to Publix - an easy walk. Few miles from souvenir shops. Few more miles to mini golf. 20 minutes from Sanibel (we liked our beach more than Sanibel). Great for shells and sand dollars. We found tons!

This condo had everything we needed! A beautiful view for watching the dolphins, boats and sunsets; the beach or pool steps from the condo; a comfortable bed; tons of floats and chairs; plus every convenience close by! The owner was very helpful and responsive to all calls and emails and the Smugglers Cove staff was very friendly. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and would definitely visit again!!

My sister and I were pleased with the condo and view; I did not realize though, that going through the condo complex itself would have been quite a bit less expensive; also the elevators broke down three times during our week's stay, which was difficult for my sister who uses a walker and we were on the fourth floor.

Overall, this was perfect for our family. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate enough. It was nice to have a full size kitchen and a pullout sofa for extra sleeping. The mattress on the pullout could use some updating but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The people above were the worst part of our stay as they moved their chairs/furniture around constantly until the early morning hours but this isn’t something the owner has any control over. I would recommend this property especially for the price point and what you get at the price verses other options in the area.

I wondered how this space would work for a family with children, versus just a couple, but figured we could cope with anything for a week - at least we'd be at the beach! This condo was perfect!!! More than one of us may or may not have cried when we had to leave. The views are absolutely unparalleled - we spent SO much time out on the lanai. Ideal for early, quiet mornings with coffee and a book by myself and also plenty of space for family dinner al fresco and card games all together! The condo was also perfectly set up for cozy family movie nights and good nights of sleep for all - very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for cooking or grilling your own meals. We also have never had such easy and quick access to get right onto the soft sand and into the ocean and the kids loved the pool. Our experience was that it was very quiet and not at all crowded. Check-in was a breeze, so that we could get right to the beach, and the owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful - even leading us to the best ice cream we have ever had (do NOT miss Love Boat ice cream!). The kids are growing up heartbreakingly fast and I'm so grateful to have these memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Condo was prefect! Beautiful view. In the middle of the strip so not as busy in this area. No problem getting a spot on the beach. Great place for family with teenagers(not as much skin exposure). The beach was beautiful and the condo was exactly as pictured. We loved the screened-in balcony so we could sit and listen to the gulf bug-free. We had a small issue mid-week, and the owner bent over backwards to get the issue resolved, faster than I could have done at my own house. It was a great week!

Check in was a breeze, condo was clean and well stocked for basic cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Beach is beautiful, clean, and full of beautiful seashells. Kids loved finding new seashells everyday. Pool was amazing, clean, and cool even in the 90° heat. Parking lot was always clean and close to elevator. We really enjoyed our stay at Smugglers Cove and the chance to get away from a Minnesota winter. The location was perfect for stepping out the door and walking the beach or getting a lawn chair to sit on the private grass facing the water. We loved our Happy Hour sunsets on the lanai and tended to stay in for dinner since getting groceries from Publix was so convenient. My only issue was the pots and pans and other cooking utensils should be replaced and added to. But the Kreig coffee maker was great!

The location of this condo is perfect - so near the beach and with the screens on the patio and windows and door, we could listen to the surf all night long! It was also nice to have beach chairs and beach towels available to use. Master bed is very comfortable. Pool was heated. Quiet location was a plus compared to the north by all the restaurants, etc. It's one of the best "walking beaches" we've been on. The only problem was they were having difficulty with the elevator our week. We were able to walk the steps but I'm guessing that wasn't true for some of the elderly. All in all it was a great week.

The condo was just the right size and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable which is very unusual in rentals. The view of the gulf is fantastic and we saw dolphins every day on our beach walks. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on Fort Myers Beach.

Overall, we loved staying here. The view is wonderful and the beach was not very crowded. We have stayed in Destin, FL many times in the past and got sick of the crowds. It was nice not having to battle for a spot next to the water. Even on the 4th of July, it was not very crowded.
We saw dolphins every day except for one during our 1 week stay. We saw hundreds of star fish, a few conchs and hermit crabs, and even a sting ray. The water is not as clear as Destin, but it was still nice.
The condo is within walking distance to the grocery store, which was a benefit. Not too many restaurants within walking distance, but within a short ride.
We never used the pool as we spent our time on the beach. There were also grills and sittings areas outside over looking the beach. Someone was grilling every day.
We only had a few criticisms. With limited counter space in the bath rooms, I wish the sink bowls were smaller. We also noticed the blender was not very clean. It was obvious that past tenants did not take the pitcher apart to wash it after they used it. Also, one of the outside chairs seating surface was falling apart These are all minor items and we truly enjoyed our stay in unit 4B5. Our family of three fit fine in this condo and we would stay here again.

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your review. I guess a previous guest that used up the salt and pepper did not replace it and I apologize for that. There should always be those 2 condiments as well as filters for the coffee maker. The Keurig is also there for those that buy or bring their pods. Rest assured I have this corrected. The condo was exactly what we expected from the description and pictures. It was well maintained, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. The owner was quick to respond and pleasant when we contacted him. We loved the view off the enclosed deck, closeness to a grocery store, laundry facilities available in the condo complex and the beautiful beach. We've made our reservation for next year!

This condo was very nice. The beds were very comfy. My mother is 82 years old and just loved it. She herself said she loved the twin beds very nice to sleep in. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could want.We really enjoyed the keurig. The beach view is amazing. The staff was all very nice. We saw dolphins daily and the sunsets were amazing. Thanks Steve for the use of your beautiful place. .

We really enjoyed staying in Steve’s Condo in Paradise for a week in late April to early May. The condo was very nicely decorated and coordinated with a Caribbean/Beach theme from the furnishings to the dishes and wall decorations. The view of the beach and sunsets from the lanai is beautiful. The water temperatures at the beach and pool were great. We were also pleased to have a large grocery store easily within walking distance and many choices of restaurants along the beach

The 4 of us, that ranged in age from 19 to 89, had a great time on beach watching great sunsets every evening.
The condo was as advertised, no unpleasant surprises.
The one pleasant surprise were the 4 gas grill available in the common area.
All of us rate this stay 5 stars.

This was the first time to vacation in Fort Myers Beach. We stayed in Steve's condo for 4 weeks. We loved the condo and Steve had it all decorated so nice with the beach theme. We ate out on the lanai many nights with a front row seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. Certainly a "gift from God " those beautiful evenings. Many of those we met had been coming to Smugglers for 20yrs. Brace yourself for the construction ..it is a 10 yr. project with 8yrs to go! Steve was very nice to rent from and you can't go wrong staying in his condo. Believe me..you never want to leave !!
